Usually, all orders are processed and dispatched within 9 working days.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 36 hours. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a tracking number via email, together with details of how to track your delivery.

Can you deliver to my country?

We deliver to most countries worldwide. We can ship single samples or large orders to over 100 countries.

When will my order arrive?

This is our fastest available shipping method. Delivery times to all major destinations are between 3–15 days.

We also offer expedited delivery for most items, meaning your order will arrive within 3 to 15 business days after leaving our warehouse.

30‑Day Easy Returns

We are committed to your complete satisfaction.

If you are not fully happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the product price and any applicable taxes within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, all returned items must be:

• New, unused, and unworn
• In their original condition
• With all original tags and stickers attached

Items that are worn, used, soiled, or missing tags will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your cost.

Women’s swimwear may only be returned if the hygienic liner is intact.

Underwear, customised, and personalised items are non‑returnable.

Please note that customers are responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend obtaining a tracking number from the courier when returning items.

We do not process or deliver orders to anyone known to be under the age of 18.
